• Housing
  Since 1st July 2011 Housing SA manages the housing stock in Koonibba.

Koonibba Building Pty Ltd

• has won the zone contract for Housing SA within the region for repairs and maintenance including Koonibba approx 48 houses, Yalata and Ceduna approx 140 houses.
• 1 qualified carpenter/supervisor, 1 apprentice, 3 labourers
  

Koonibba Farm / Share Farming

• Koonibba has established share farming using an outside contractor who currently crops wheat and a percentage goes back into the community.
• Boundary fence repair funded by Indigenous Lands Council grant with the idea of running sheep in the future.
